We pride ourselves in providing the surrounding community with the freshest, best tasting, homemade Chinese food of the highest quality. We use the freshest meat, seafood and vegetables and have it delivered fresh to us several times a week to ensure it is still fresh when cooked for you. Because we have very experienced, talented chefs, we prepare and cook all of our food by scratch from beginning to end, including all of our sauces. Many Chinese restaurants buy much of their food pre-made from a manufacturing company that mass produces, pre-cooks and pre-freezes their food for an unknown amount of time before serving it to their customers. We do not believe in that practice of food preparation and cooking. We truly believe that making everything fresh, in-house is the best way to ensure the freshest food possible every time.
